I have got an opportunity to attend this year’s Sitecore Symposium 2025 in Orlando. During the Symposium, Sitecore announced its product offering called SitecoreAI. In this blog, I will talk about all the details related to the SitecoreAI product, from basic definition to product overview.

SitecoreAI is the unified version of the Sitecore platform that connects content, data, and personalization in one place. It brings together XM Cloud, CDP, Personalize, Search, and DAM under a single platform with built-in AI and automation. SitecoreAI is named to reflect its integration of advanced artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities within the Sitecore ecosystem. The “AI” in SitecoreAI signifies the platform’s commitment to leveraging AI to enhance digital experiences, personalize content, and optimize customer interactions in a unified platform. This name underscores the innovative and intelligent solutions that SitecoreAI provides to help businesses deliver more relevant and engaging experiences to their customers.
The Vision Behind SitecoreAI
SitecoreAI is built on the foundation of XM Cloud, Sitecore’s SaaS-native CMS, and integrates the full Sitecore ecosystem, including Content Hub, DAM, MRM, CMP, CDP, Personalize, and Search into a composable SaaS platform.
The goal is to unify content, data, and personalization into a single intelligent system that adapts in real-time to user behavior and business needs.
Agentic Studio: The Heart of SitecoreAI
At the core of SitecoreAI lies Agentic Studio, a collaborative workspace where marketers and AI agents co-create digital experiences. It launches with 20 pre-built AI agents that automate workflows across:
- Campaign Planning
- Content Migration
- Content Production
- Testing and optimization
Marketers can also design custom agents using no-code visual tools, enabling tailored automation for unique business needs.
Key Components of Agentic Studio:
- Agentic Flows: Orchestrate multi-step campaigns from ideation to optimization.

Introducing Sitecore Studio:
Sitecore also introduced Sitecore Studio, built on Microsoft Azure, which provides a governed environment for building and customizing AI agents. It empowers partners and customers to innovate securely, with full control over workflows and data governance. This removes the traditional trade-off between SaaS simplicity and enterprise flexibility.
The studio includes four key components:
- Agentic Studio – A marketer’s command center for building and deploying intelligent agents.
- App Studio – A developer workspace for creating custom apps, connectors, and extensions using open APIs and SDKs.
- Marketplace – An enterprise app store for sharing, discovering, and monetizing solutions.
- Sitecore Connect – A growing library of prebuilt connectors to integrate SitecoreAI with platforms like Salesforce, OpenAI, and Gemini.

Agentic Studio is a dedicated workspace within SitecoreAI where marketers build, customize, and orchestrate work using intelligent agents. It empowers users to automate tasks, manage workflows, and collaborate in real time — all within a unified, AI-enabled environment.
