Hi, I’m Ritesh Kumar—a digital experience strategist, solution architect, and technology leader with nearly 18 years of experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade platforms that transform customer engagement.

My core focus lies in building composable digital experience platforms (DXPs) that are scalable, cloud-native, and experience-led. I’ve helped global enterprises across banking and financial services (BFSI), supply chain, and eCommerce industries modernize their digital landscape using a combination of headless CMS, personalization engines, front-end frameworks, and cloud infrastructure.

From defining DXP strategy to hands-on architecture, I specialize in crafting solutions that balance performance, agility, and personalization—enabling brands to deliver seamless, data-driven experiences across channels and geographies.

In my current role as Vice President of Delivery and Head of Digital Experience Platforms at Icreon, I lead global delivery teams, drive technical strategy, and oversee implementations that align business goals with modern digital architectures.

• MACH Principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless)

• Personalization & Experience Design using Sitecore Personalize, Contextual APIs, and behavioral data

• Modern Front-End Engineering with Next.js, React, and JAMstack

• Cloud-Native Deployment Models leveraging Azure, Vercel, and GCP

• Enterprise Integration with CRM (Dynamics, Salesforce), ERP, DAM, PIM, and search services
